Preston, the Fillmore County Seat, is a vibrant community in the heart of bluff country in Southeastern Minnesota. The City of Preston offices are located at Preston City Hall. Offices include the City Administrator, City Clerk, Preston Public Utilities, Preston Emergency Services, Preston Tourism, Planning and Zoning, and Preston EDA.
